Almond-Raspberry Smoothie
1 cup almond milk
6 ounces frozen unsweetened raspberries
1 banana, cut into chunks
Combine all ingredients in blender.
Cover and blend until smooth.
Pour into 2 glasses.
Makes 2 servings.
One serving = 2 carbohydrates + 1 fat
