SLIM FROM WITHIN – To 2 litres water add 1 tsp grated ginger, 1 cucumber (peeled/thinly sliced), 1 lemon (thinly sliced), juice of 2 limes and 1/tsp cayenne pepper. Combine in a jug, cover and chill. Drink a jug every one or two days.
When you’re knackered… Another healthy drink beckons, soup! Kick-start your stamina with raw food beetroot soup.
BORSCHT BOOST – Juice 1 beetroot, 1 carrot and 1 apple; pour into a pan. Whisk in 1 finely grated garlic clove, 1 tsp barley miso‚ 1 tbsp tamarind and 1 tsp olive oil. Heat until warm to the touch.

When you’re flagging… drink a healthy drink. Make green tea! Energy slump? Try a cup of antioxidant rich matcha green tea for extra oomph!

PlCK-YOU-UP MATCHA LATTE – Mix 1 tsp matcha and a little hot water. Heat 1 cup ‚ almond milk with 1 tsp maple syrup, whisk in the matcha and top with grated nutmeg.
A healthy drink for when you’re sluggish… Try bone broth! Enjoy a gut-friendly warm smoothie.
SAVOURY SMOOTHIE – Blend 120 ml bone broth (at room temperature), 1 cucumber (peeled/chopped), 10 gm coriander, juice of 1 lemon, 15 gm spinach, 2 celery sticks and salt.
