Top 10 Foods that Cure Diabetes

According to a study, beta-carotene may even help lower the risk of developing type 2 diabetes, especially among people who have a predisposition for diabetes.

Walnuts

Walnuts contain the poly-unsaturated fatty acid called alpha-linolenic acid which has been shown to lower inflammation. Omega 3’s fibre and other phytochmicals are found in walnuts.
